The Town of Buckeye’s Code Compliance Program promotes the health, safety and welfare of all citizens. Part of the program includes protecting neighborhoods from deteriorating conditions. The Code Compliance Program will have a positive impact on property values, improved quality of life and the advancement of community pride. It can also mean a decrease in crime and other negative affects on neighborhoods.
Residents are encouraged to eliminate any code violations on their property. Residents can report violations by calling Code Compliance Officer Marcia Story, (623) 349-6622 or by sending an e-mail to e-mail. With your help, Buckeye can become one of the best and brightest communities in the Valley.
The following is a list of the most common code violations that may be cited through the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) the Town Development Code (TDC) or the Town Code (TC):
The Code Compliance Program also supports many special programs in the town, such as Buckeye Beautification Awards, an annual Holiday Decorating Contest and a Tool Lending Program.
