Personal and Professional Services can cover many different areas of business.  The best guideline is that if you are doing business in Buckeye, then you are required to obtain a business license. 

If you are a service based business, then there is no sales tax requirement.  The only documents needed would be the application and a copy of an ID.  If you are not serviced based, then applicants would need to apply for a Transaction Privilege Tax license.  This can be obtained through the Arizona Department of Revenue at www.aztaxes.gov or by calling at 602-255-2060. 

Additional requirements may be requested at time of application.

The annual fee for this license is $40.00 with a one time application fee of $25.00.
